Refund policy

Returns

  • Online Shipped Orders: May be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Pickup Orders (placed online): May be returned within 7 days for an exchange or gift card in the amount returned. Refunds are not available for pickup orders.

  • In-Store Returns: Accepted within 30 days for exchange or gift card.

Certain items are exempt from returns, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

  • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

  • Additional non-returnable items include:
    • Gift cards
    • Some health and personal care products.
    • Final Sale Items - With a no-return policy, every purchase is a commitment, making sure you really want the items you buy.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order Pickup

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving your confirmation email.

  • If your order is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be canceled, and a store gift card will be issued for the full amount.

  • You will receive an email notification once the gift card has been created.

  • If you decide not to pick up your order after receiving your confirmation email, please contact your pickup store. Once notified, we will issue a store gift card for the full amount.

Out-of-Stock Merchandise

If an item is out of stock and cannot be placed on back order, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for online shipped orders in the following situations. In these cases, the credited amount will be issued as a store gift card (not a refund):

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

One-Time Accommodations

Any exceptions made outside of these policies are considered one-time accommodations and will not be available for future requests.

Refunds

  • Online Shipped Orders: After your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Pickup Orders & In-Store Returns: Refunds are not available. Eligible returns will be issued as a store gift card or exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund for an approved online shipped order return:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, since processing times can vary.

Refunds can take up to 5–10 business days. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@micahsboutique.com.

Exchanges

Micah’s only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email info@micahsboutique.com and send your item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, the gift recipient, a store gift card for the full value of the returned item will be issued once we receive the item.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the credit or refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

  • Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary.

  • For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
