Refund & Return Overview

Merchandise may be returned within 7-14 days from the date the order is received, for full refund, exchange, or store credit only. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION, which means -- unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached, if any. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair or the smell of smoke will be refused and returned to you at an additional shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses. Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange

Micah's only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@micahsboutique.com and send your item to: {910 NW Blue Parkway, Ste. M, Lees Summit, MO 64086} Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {910 NW Blue Parkway, Ste. M, Lees Summit, MO 64086}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. FREE SHIPPING WITH MINIMUM PURCHASE OF $100 BEFORE TAX: Offer applies to Standard Shipping to one location in the contiguous U.S only.

Standard shipping cost has a flat rate of  $9.90 for any orders under the $100 minimum.

Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by Standard Delivery only.

Special Shipping Information & Restrictions

If merchandise is in stock: It is usually processed and shipped from our location within 5 - 10 business days We will let you know at checkout, or by a follow-up email, if your merchandise is currently in stock or if we need to verify the availability of the items

Back-ordered merchandise: If an item is out-of-stock, it will be placed on back order and will ship as soon as it is available. We will give you an expected shipping time by email.

Local Pickup Information

Buy Online Pickup in Store, Micah's offers you the option to Buy Online, Pickup in Store with no shipping fee.

Here’s how it works: Add to bag & select Pickup at checkout. Option is only for local addresses (Areas around 64086 zip code).

Your merchandise is selected from the store's current inventory and prepared for pickup. You'll get an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

For local pickup orders placed will need to give the location 24 hours before merchandise is ready for pickup. An email or phone contact will be provided
when ready.

If your order isn't picked up within the provided seven-day timeframe your order will be canceled and your account will be issued a full refund. Credit may take up to 5 - 10 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Keep in mind you cannot change the pickup order once order is placed.

What Will I Need To Pickup My Order?

  • Pickup notification email 
  • Valid government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, or military ID).

You are able to designate an alternate pickup person on your order. You must contact store ahead of time to provide us with the person picking up on your order and provide the confirmation email.

Your order will be held for pickup for seven business days . If your order isn't picked up within seven days, your order will be canceled and your account will be issued a full refund. Credit may take up to 5 - 10 business days depending on your issuing bank. You may contact your pick up store and advise that you no longer wish to pick up the order once you get your confirmations email that your order is ready.
